blkbrd Posted December 20, 2004 Share Posted December 20, 2004 With the aluminum carrier you must use the JP hammer and light springs, however with the new lightweight SS carrier you should be able to use any hammer, although the JP hammer is still the nicest trigger setup. George Posted December 20, 2004 Share Posted December 20, 2004 Yes, as Blackbird says, to use the LMOS system with alloy bolt carrier you do need the JP speed hammer, or you will damage the underside of the carrier.
