djb25
Hi everyone, I've started introducing my 10 year old daughter to shooting handguns (she's been shooting a rifle for a few years now). The range isn't too far from my house, but I'd like her to practice at home as well. I thought an airsoft pistol would be a good option, but I'm not sure what to buy. She was shooting a Walther p22, a Sig Mosquito, and a Beretta 87. She preferred the mosquito. Anyone have any recommendations? I was something realistic that functions like an actual firearm. g.willikers
pyramydair.com has a section of video reviews on many air guns. For realism, the blowback style airsoft and pellet guns are the best. They operate just like the real thing. The pellet versions have greater accuracy due to the rifled barrels and skirted lead pellets. But some airsoft can be nearly as accurate. The good ones of either shoot very much like .22s
