Buckshot on a no shoot. Is is one no shoot per pellet or just one no shoot all together?

Club series question. In Flying By 2 the shooter failed to dump the shotgun in the barrel before engaging rifle targets. Is is one procedural per shot or just one for failure to follow stage description. The stage description says one procedural per shot for failing to perform the mandatory reload, but doesn't say anything about the dump barrel.

What rules set was the match run under? Under IMA-SMM3G rules, I would say the following:

1) Buckshot on a no shoot = a no-shoot penalty for each pellet hole up to a maximum of 2 penalties per no-shoot target (rile 6.1.9).

2) I don't know the stage, but normally the failure to safely abandon a gun as described in the WSB = match DQ.
