Does steelmaster 9mm work with factory loads?

Steelmaster owners, have you use factory loads on this? does it work ok with all ammo? Have you tried any major loads too?

I shoot off the shelf 9mm in my Steelmaster. All makers work fine. I have had it tuned by a local gunsmith but it runs great at USPSA matches and fun shoots. I have been shooting it about 3 years now. Mine is set up with a steel guide rod and a 9 pound spring. I do not use the recoil master. Major loads will shoot but the compensator is made for minor loads. The Captain

I have shot factory Remington, Winchester (white box) and both ran fine... my Steel Master also eats my re-loads .. which is:

5.0 Gr WST powder -- 124gr JHP Precision Delta bullets.. small pistol primers.. mixed brass.. COL - 1.15 --- 1011 FPS - 125 P.F.

The Steelmaster is designed with Steel Challenge in mind. Since most Steel Challenge shooters are shooting minor power factor or less, (Steel Challenge rules only specify the minimum velocity, not power factor), factory loads should be more than enough. USPSA Minor power factor is 125, but most factory 9mm loads are closer to 140.
