huskerlrrp Posted March 31, 2013 Share Posted March 31, 2013 (edited) It should contact just after the "breaking point" of the action (where the hammer drops). For example, put some blue lock tite on the screw. Turn the screw clockwise until pulling the trigger won't drop the hammer. Then back off (counterclockwise) until it does. Make sure this functions in both double action and single action mode. Then turn an additional 1/4-1/2 turn counterclockwise (out) to account for "the ghost" in the mechanism.
