Og
I have used an ACOG TA-11 in 3-gun now for 3 years and like it fine but sometimes it leaves me wanting a more refined aiming point than the doughnut offers. I need some opinions on the other reticles like the chevron(TA-11F) and the triangle(TA-11D). The triangle looks like it would be a little aggravating at 300yds trying to estimate holdover without covering up the target but the chevron reticle looks interesting. Protagonist
I currently have the 11-D, but have had some experience with the TA-01, TA-31, and the doughnut like yours. I like the doughnut best and am planning to trade for one, when the opportunity arises.
kurtm
OG: We ( the guys that shoot for Trijicon), have tried both the chevron and the dot. We all ended up agreeing that the dot worked best for 3-gun. ( we all had a choice) The chevron is cool but not quite as fast on steel and mid range stuff. Real world use is a toss up, with half liking the dot and half liking the chevron. KURT
