Flatland Shooter
In the middle of working up some loads last weekend, my very old and well used 550 broke. I've had this press since 1986 and there is no way to even estimate how many rounds have been loaded on it. Back around 1999 I contacted Dillon about a problem with the powder measure. POW, a new measure in the mail a short time later. But this is 2013 and Dillon Precision is probably busier than they have ever been. After sending an e-mail explaining my problem last weekend, I settled in for a long wait. But Dillon rocks! Parts delivered by USPS this afternoon. Thank you Dillon. shopgun
I sent my 1994 650 in for a rebuild last week. You're right about busy. When I called to verify the shipping address, it took about 15 minutes hitting redial and about 30 minutes on hold to get a rep. I have no clue as to current turnaround time on a rebuild but, luckily i have enough loaded to get me through a few months.
