JD45 Posted September 28, 2004 Share Posted September 28, 2004 1. Using number 9 shot at over 25yds. is not worth it. 2. The markings on your chokes don't mean crap. 3. Don't wait for teal to fall. 4. At 30+ yds. put in more choke than you need. 5. 1oz. loads break more targets than 1 1/8 oz. (for me). 6. Clean open chokes before 500rds. Tight ones can go longer. 7. Clay shooters tend to over-lead live game. 8. To win, you can't miss the easy under 20yd. targets. 9. The forward hand finds the line and controls the gun. 10.
