RIIID Posted February 17, 2013 Share Posted February 17, 2013 If you want to have a grip safety that will give the tightest fit and finish the EGW will do it. There isn't a perfect grip safety on the market but the EGW is the closest right now. It can be blended and shaped to give the look you want, and you don't have to worry about casting flaws. knedrgr Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 I have, and I won't use any other BTGS. I've used their .250 radius version on two builds: 1911 and 2011. The best BTGS available. There are extra metal on all fronts. Fills in the gap between the tangs really nice. No slop from side to side. A lot of metal to remove for a perfect fit on the backstrap.
