Rhandhali
I was thinking about putting an extended charging handle on my 20 gauge Remington 1100 that I just picked up. I'm not going to use it for much else besides clay shooting now but I'd just like something that's a bit easier and more comfortable to grab on to. However, all of the 1100 extended bolt handles seem to be sized for 12 gauge. Is there an actual difference in the dimensions of the charging handle for the 20 gauge versus the 12 gauge? I don't know anyone with a 12 gauge to do a comparison, nor can I find any side by side pictures anywhere. I figure I'd ask around a bit before I sunk 20 bucks into a part I might not be able to use. Rhandhali
I've looked at the schematics and they definitely are listed as different parts. I might see if I can just get a factory 12 gauge handle and see if it can be dremel'ed to 20 gauge dimensions.
