whbecker Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 Has anyone encountered duplicate sync ids on different devices? This weekend we ran into a NST that had the same sync id as the Asus tablet we use as our registration master. I tried uninstalling Practiscore and installing again on the NST (1.0.15) but it still had the same sync id. I haven't found a way to manually change it. jcwren Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 For Android, go to the sync tab, sync all devices, enter the new device name in the second box, hit update. Glock27 Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Our problem occurred when one of the conflicted devices was at the range for set up a day before the match. On the day of match the Master took the address that was assigned to a device a day earlier. When that device came back to the range the next day it re-connected to "it's" old address it had been given a day earlier. This is a router problem and not PS.
