Rusty35 Posted January 3, 2013 Share Posted January 3, 2013 On 12/23 I ordered some Dillon items from Brian, I knew when I ordered that there would be a delay due to the holidays, the package arrived today and was short 4 550b toolheads that I ordered. After looking over the invoice I didnt see any thing about back orders or a second package so I sent Brain an Email. He replied to my email within 15 minutes, checked with Dillon got back with me 3 times within an hour and has my toolheads on the way. Thats better than "good" cusomer sevice!
