FightFireJay
The RAM will give you more pronounced trigger reset if you like that sort of feedback (I do). The USB will make the initial uptake smoother, and the trigger pull slightly lighter over all. If its for defense, I'd suggest some night sights (triiicon HD is nice, or the XS sights). If it's for fun a fiber optic front and a plain black rear sight are very nice. A laser/light/combo is good for some carry and most home defense. Lots of practice ammo, preceded by lots of dry fire so you can focus on things other than trigger feel. I'll stop there, but the list goes on and on.... RH45
It depends on what your intended use is. If you are planning tose it in USPSA for production division, most extrenal mods are a no go, but, if you're planning tose it for limited, you can make more improvements, if you feel the need. I didn't put a RAM in mine. I feel the reset just fine.

I have heard some have better reset than others... my Pro had horrible reset and the RAM helped a lot. My Shield had great reset out of the box(good thing since the RAM doesn't fit it.) Actually, the trigger on my Shield, while heavier, was smoother than my Pro when I got it, lol. The biggest difference I think came from the USB and the RAM.
