TerryYu
Any ideas on how to lose .6 ounces from my gun? It's the SSP legal shadow with rubber grips and 19 round magazines. What can I do to drop the weight to make it 39.0 ounces without having to get rid of the rubber grips? I believe the cz 75 shadow t comes with them and they still make weight. Jonathan Taliani
Have you tried the thin CZC Aluminum or VZ G10 grips? If not, they're worth a look. They should get you there on weight and provide a great hold IMO. My preference is the VZ Diamondbacks or Tactical Diamonds. Another option to shave a bit of weight is changing your safeties to the standard SP01 or thin Shadow variants.
TerryYu
Do you notice any difference in handling with a plastic vs stainless guide rod? I may put the stock plastic grips back on and play with those for awhile since they will drop 1.8oz compared to the rubber grips. blind bat
PoopShooter knows of what he speaks. He's one of the few who can make an SP-01 IDPA legal without money exchanging hands at the inspection table.
