The Eastern Nebraska Practical Shooters Present: ZOMBIE MATCH III

The Eastern Nebraska Practical Shooters ( http://www.easternnebraskapracticalshooters.com ) are having their 3rd Annual Zombie Match on Sunday, October 28th. Registration starts at 7:30am, with the Shooter's Meeting at 9am.

Cost: $20 OR a new-in-the-box toy -- because this is a charity match for the Marine Toys-For-Tots Foundation. All money/toys from this match will be donated to the Marines.

Match Rules: a combination of USPSA safety rules along with time-based scoring. (See the website for details.)

This is a pistol-only competition with both centerfire and rimfire pistol divisions.

Divisions:

• Open Centerfire (optics and comps allowed)
  
• Irons Centerfire (no optics or comps)
  
• .22 Rimfire Open (optics and comps allowed)
  
• .22 Rimfire Irons (comps allowed, no optics)
  

Holsters necessary for centerfire divisions, no holsters needed for .22 rimfire competitors.

When you get to the website and read how much fun this is going to be, go to the pre-registration page and send in your info---that way on the day of the match you can step into the "pre-registered" line which will move along much faster than the "standard registration" line. No, you aren't paying online (how would we collect toys anyway?) but it'll give us a chance to get your competition data and squadding done more efficiently.

Make sure you read the target/scoring rules carefully---we again have the "Infected" class of dangerous target this year, and you have to treat them differently…

Just giving this a bump, to keep people reminded that it is coming up. We had 55 shooters the first year, 89 the second year, and we'd really like to break 100 this year...

Plus, we like giving all that money and toys to the Toys for Tots Foundation.

We are having dedicated ROs this year, and one of the local Boy Scout troops is going to provide lunch for about $6---so come out and shoot zombies with us!
