My knees are chronically inflamed, but my hips..... oh owww. one surgery done, next stop is replacement. never heard of "suplasyn". Any update on it? I'm 48 and had my right hip replaced almost a year ago now (osteoarthritis). I was pretty bad pain before but now I can do sprints again and squat 205 for 10 reps. Hips are an easy recovery. Shoulders not so much and that is next for me. Shots of cortisone every three months are barely keeping me going right now. Not looking forward to that one. There's also PRP therapy which platelet rich plasma. Had this done last week. They draw your blood, spin to separate the plasma then shoot it back into the joint. Not gonna lie it hurt like a bitch when they were shooting it into my shoulder. Too soon to see any results. Supposed to speed up healing.
