.45 acp small primer brass

So I'm in the middle of a 4k reloading string and... I run out of brass at about 1900 rds. No big deal, I will just pull out the backup bucket and grind on. So after pulling 20 small primer brass out of the machine, in the first 100, I decide to detour for a little while and sort this crap out. An hour later, I have what was an estimated 2k pieces of brass sorted into 1600 large primer and about 350+ small primer pieces. WTF over. I salute, even if I don't understand, ammo manufacturers making "green" ammo. But why does it have to look the same as my large primer brass? Why cant it be that steel or aluminum crap? Who is carrying the flag to lobby banning this pile of crap. If I send it back to federal or blazer, will I receive something AMERICAN back? Something that will take a large primer. Please sweet Jesus.

Ok I'm done, and I am still short on brass.
