PatUSAF
Hey everyone, Just wondering if the Infinity adjustable sights sviguns.com/1101.php?indx=16 Can be used with my M&P Pro? I don't know if the dovetails will fit or whether or not they would work on that platform. I was wondering if anyone had some insight on the topic. Thanks Pat from NJ
GlockCanMan
The rear sight cut on the M&P has a Novak sight cut...the SVI sight will not work.
HotLoad
I tried to have my local gunsmith install a Tripp K1 rear sight on my m&p pro9. His thought was to weld in a metal plug in place of the existing sight cut then mill the frame for a new sight cut and refinish the slide. After he took a closer look at the slide he said it wouldn't work. I believe there is something important that sits under the rear sight but honestly can't remember. The striker block resides in the dovetail cut. It sits flush with the bottom of the sight and the sight has to come out if you need to access that part or the spring.
