Even if the guy did screw himself by moving back to the start position - which was not seen - a minus 10 hurts more than a .3 second loss (if he even did loose time on the draw!?! ).... Not because I think he was blatantly trying to gain advantage but because I wouldn't want to face the rest of the squad if I let it slide. He should have known better than to ask you to let it go.
