JP hammer and trigger springs in a 9mm AR?

I have a 9mm Colt AR-15 that I use in local subgun matches (semi-auto division) and was wondering if anyone with a 9mm AR pattern rifle had tried JP yellow hammer and trigger springs to improve the factory trigger pull.

Does anyone know if the 9mm hammer spring plays any role in the blowback action of a 9mm AR?

Has worked fine for me. Oly 9mm AR, stock trigger, bobbed hammer, JP yellow springs. Haven't noticed any difference since switching out the heavier hammer spring. It' a cheap investment (only ~$10), try it.
