DJM725 Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 It seems as if the insert (STI) of my race master holster is “warped” there is a gap of about a 16th of an inch on both sides of it and the metal. No matter how far I back off the tension knob (until it falls out) and it’s still pretty tight. I’ve even purchased and sprayed it down with silicone with no positive results. I considered trying to heat it and to bend it into position I believe to be correct, but for what it costs I was worried to try. I also purchased 3 Race Master Magazine Holsters and while 3 work flawlessly the third is very tight even if I bottom out the adjustment knob. Anyone have any suggestions? I posted on Double Alphas Facebook page with no avail (I have no idea if they check it regularly if ever and have reciently sent them an email.
