Duplicating Federal American Eagle

By pure accident, I found my gun loves the factory 115 gr American Eagle round.

I can measure case length, crimp, powder weight (4.6 gr) and OAL but can't figure out primer, bullet or powder. I assume their using either Federal or CCI primers. It shouldn't make a big difference either way.

Although it's probably a wasted question speculating, but does anyone have a clue what powder they're using?

I know, it's probably non-canister grade, but it seems like the velocity, combined with the weighed charge above, matches most closely Bullseye.
