VinceU1
OK, before anybody jumps my arse, I've contacted Redding about this, I'm sure they'll make good on it, but I've NEVER seen this happen before. I'm happily reloading some 38Super and I get this wierd upstroke on the Dillon. I look down to see what's going on and I see this black ring around the base of the brass I've just reloaded. I'm really confused because I thought it was a piece of rubber, but then I take a good look and realize it's the carbide ring out of my Redding resizing die!!! I've never seen that or heard of that. Ever! Sheesh, I keep telling people that if there's a really bizarre way of breaking something, I'll find it. Sigh, I guess I'm done reloading for the night. Here's some crappy cell phone pics. mds131s
That is definitely the first time I have heard of that as well. Hope Redding quickly sends you a new one so you can get back to making "BB's"
