KungFuNerd Posted September 2, 2011 Share Posted September 2, 2011 This is probably obvious to many but somehow it wasn't to me so maybe it will help some one else.... I've been fighting to keep my left wrist canted forward and it just wasnt comfortable. I have an old wrist injury that was making it worse. BUT If I roll my Elbows out a bit (ala Dave Sevigny video I saw) it takes the strain off of my wrist. I'm still converting from a Push/Pull Weaver setup so this wasn't obvious to me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
