40 cal 220 gr plated bullets

After trying some of my friends 40 cal reloads I would like to purchase 40 caliber 220 gr plated bullets. He had purchased the bullets a long time ago and doesn't know any company presently selling them.

I would really appreciate it if anyone out there can tell me where I can purchase above.

X-treme Bullets is one place. I have used their 180 gr and 200 gr. bullets in my 40 with excellent results. The plating in very thick and they are very accurate as well.

Would you consider sharing your load ?

Depending to OAL from 3.6 to 4 grains of solo 1000. With a 40 bullet that heavy they really need to be loaded as long as possible.
