DyNo!
My shooting drill involves taking 3-5 of these targets and setting up an array from 0 to 50 yards. On the start signal with a rifle or pistol - I take a position and engage each notecard with one round as fast as I can (with the goal of hitting the notecard and not white paper - "perforation" hits count for score). I repeat this as long as I think I need to work on accuracy and transitions while circling any "misses" with a pen. At that point, I move to raw speed with the goal being to put two rounds on each sheet of white paper. For me, this drill builds speed, accuracy, and snappy transitions. The only downside is that I end up getting conditioned not to shoot Deltas and when I go to a "two anywhere" match, I end up aiming like it matters. All you need is a colored notecard and scrap paper. You can use the same target dozens of times and a single roll of pasters will make it go even further. Let me know what you think! -Cameron Edited July 6, 2011 by DyNo!
Chris iliff
Don't think you have a "real" downside there.
