Maksim
Just need to vent. Had a perfectly solid match only dropping 6 charlies before it... local match had a long 50 round stage for fun. I am shooting L10 so 10 rounds in mags. I reload out to 1.170. 5th mag... nosedive or whatnot 1 round in. fumbled with it like 5 seconds, and could not switch out to another mag as I needed all 6 unless I wanted to go retrieve mags. These are the stock 40 caliber mags with spacer in front, with H550 basepads and stock springs. So.... do I go new MecGar 40 caliber mags, or 10mm mags? Skydiver
Sorry about your frustration. Wow! 1.170 fits into a 40 S&W mag with the front spacer? I thought my mine were jamming up at about 1.160. You can keep the current mags, and just knock out the rib to effectively get a 10mm magazine.
Maksim
Humn, will have to play more with them then. Will try one of the new MG 40 and 10mm mags. The stock mag that came with gun... no issues whatsoever. lol. Why cant they all work like that?

Measure the feedlips gap with calibers and replicate the width on your other mags that you got aftermarket.
pivoproseem
Take a punch and knock the spacer out....voila.. instant 10mm mag. Just need to vent. david s
Thin spacer in rear of the new K40 mags none in the K10's. I shot both today with H500 pads. Only adds one round but the reliability is there. Still using the stock Mec-Gar follower, spring and spring plate.
