HK USP 45 to 40

I have a USP 45 Tactical that I am thinking of turning into a Frankenstein. EFK has a barrel for a 45 to 40 conversion. They recommend installing a 40 extractor, but have no further info on what else needs to be done. I was thinking about lightening the slide, working the trigger for pre travel/pull, installing lower sights, and converting to 40 for a limited/10 gun. It is VERY accurate right now, however, my small hands allow the gun to jump around more than i would like. Does anyone know what else would go into a conversion of this sort. EFK says that they made the barrels for a club where several members performed this conversion. Need Help.
