Blue Dot is a magnum propellant akin to SR 4756, Longshot, and the like.. it'll do ok for this application but it really shines with heavier bullets pushed fast.. it's not really suited for the load you want to make.. you will likely find it to be dirty, blasty, and not very good overall..
