True holster retention test

I thought this was pretty funny and also pretty amazing. Thought I would share it with you guys. A very good friend of mine asked to borrow my Uncle Mikes paddle holster to try out and see if he liked it. I gave it to him and on the second day of wearing this happened.

He was clearing some shelves out of a old auto parts store that had closed down some time ago and without warning the ply wood floor beneath him gave way under his feet into the basement. As he broke through the floor the bottom of the holster caught on one of the floor joists. The holster actually held him up on top of the floor. Mind you now this is a paddle holster clipped into the pants. He was finally able to get himself out of the hole and looked at the holster. it wasn't even scratched. He told me this story and I ended up giving him the holster. I figured anything that saves you from falling 20 feet into a basement, is definitly worth keeping at least for the story.

Thought you guys might like hearing a true testament of polymer holsters.
