Kyle O
was getting to high on my grip, and couldn't find a video on how to do it, so I made my own.
usp45ss
I was cringing the whole time waiting for the dremel to make it's appearance... Glad it didn't come out.

stoked4AA
Thank you for posting that information. At this time my grip is pinned with a stiff piece of rubber because I was afraid to use the drill.
Kyle O
I was afraid to use the drill. I was blessed/cursed with being fearless. It's been good, and bad!
EEH
did you put anything on the grip safety (( ink , paint )) to show where your pin was touching,or just rely on it marking it by hitting with hammer ((sledge ))
t_kothmann
New to this concept. I'm guessing the idea behind the pin is that you can remove it later and have a functioning grip safety? Do people just not cut off the trigger engagement tab of the grip safety sometimes?
Kyle O
did you put anything on the grip safety (( ink , paint )) to show where your pin was touching,or just rely on it marking it by hitting with hammer ((sledge )) I sharpened a little point on the pin, so it left a good mark, dead center. New to this concept. I'm guessing the idea behind the pin is that you can remove it later and have a functioning grip safety? Do people just not cut off the trigger engagement tab of the grip safety sometimes? Yes, pretty easy to undue, but the reason I like it this way is the grip feels really solid, nothing springing/moving around in the web of my hand.
