sdm74
New m&p 9L pro shot great yesterday in first steel challenge match of the year. Ate up my reloads with no problem and recoil was non existent. Shot better then I ever did before with 2 week old stock m&p vs my xdm, which is now reffered to as the "double decker bus" ..lol Only complaint I could find with m&p is front f/o sight is a tad to large and tends to cover too much of the farther targets. Other then that its a great "out of the box" gun. Definitely looking forward to shooting the m&p this season.
atbarr
I agree about the front sight. I had Shaun Hopkins (Want2Race), install a Dawson .40 FO on the front, and adjustable Dawson rear sight. My Pro shoots and feels great! A.T.
Mike in CT
I like mine as well. For my 9mm Pro Model I went with Dawson sights, including adjustable rear (Dawson item #"s are 034-004 front, 021-058 rear.) and then bought up everything Apex Tactical sells for the gun and it runs great. E K
I have a 9L as well. Have Dan Burwell add a competition trigger and you will be set. Edited March 21, 2011 by E K
Grant Karnes
I have a 9L as well. Have Dan Burwell add a competition trigger and you will be set. I shot EK's 9L with the Burwell trigger job last weekend. It feels great compared to my new 9PRO out of the box.
