R-Bros_JLR
While waiting on my Tripp sight to show up I was planning on putting a bomar clone on so I could at least shoot my new blaster. It's already got the bomar cut, but doesn't have the hole drilled for the elevation screw. My question is does the hole get drilled/tapped all the way through to the firing pin hole? If so, what's the easiest way to debur it? My search-fu is struggling today so my apologies if this is coming knowledge.....

Pat Miles
Don't drill the hole with the slide level in the vise. Elevate the front of the slide so the screw head is closer to being parallel to the sight when it is elevated for shooting elevation. If you do not try to approximate the angle the screw head will take the upward pressure at one tiny point and possibly snap. Pat
