bundyloco
I've been through a ton of old threads and it seems most people are happy with the DPMS. One of the pluses is the fact it will mount further back on the upper receiver than others. How does it compare to the LMT and RRA rear sights? I can find a used LMT for the same price as a new DPMS. This would be for a dedicated Iron sight AR.
strangedays
I have always liked the troy BUIS regardless of if I was running just irons or not. The DOA rear is great for me and fast for shooting out to five hundred yards. Check them out it works great!
Chuck Anderson
I had issues with the DPMS. Kept overtightening the attachement screw and twisting the head off. Switched to a YHM and it seems very solid.
want2race
I use the DPMS, because I couldn't find an LMT for the same price at the time. I wanted to run a non NM rear sight to keep the gross elevation adjustments for range.
