Having trouble updating club schedule on USPSA

When I try to update the USPSA club schedule it comes up ( entry row is invalid format, schedule not updated please fix problem and try again.)

I tried typing it a few different ways but to no avail.

It looks like it should be easy. But that's not the way it works for me!!

Thanks Brent

I'm having the same problem, but I can't see where I'm getting the format wrong:

"Entry at row 1 is invalid format: 03/26/11 10:00

Schedule not updated. Please fix these problems and try again."

I tried all kinda ways and had no luck. Then I forgot about till I got a e-mail that you posted too.

Thanks for reminding me I need to update the club if I knew what I am doing wrong.

Gentlemen,

I had the same problem. It seems if you put in 01 for January it fails but if you enter 1 for January it works.

I just tried to update our schedule and entered 08 for August. Received the same error as above. However, entering 8 worked fine.

It appears this is only true on the month field.

Hopefully this helps.

Thanks! That was the ticket.

BTW - that's a fine looking JRT.

Bbbean,

Thank you for the complement. She, Dixie, is quite a pistol but we love her.

Never a dull moment.

Glad the tip helped you all with the schedule update.

I reported the problem and the workaround to Matt at USPSA. I would expect it will be corrected

within a day or so.

Glad to see a thread here about this but I still can't get it to work.

Entry at row 1 is invalid format: 5/22/2011 09:00

Schedule not updated. Please fix these problems and try again.

I've tried it with and without the zero in the month field and neither works.

It looks to me like they are editing the date and not letting anything prior to todays date to be entered.

I just tested with 1/01/12 and it worked well. But 1/01/11 was rejected with the error you mentioned.

I'm confused. Isn't 5/22/11 in the future?

Your error message pasted below.

Entry at row 1 is invalid format: 5/22/2011 09:00

Schedule not updated. Please fix these problems and try again.

The problem is the '2011'. Try it using '11'.

I tried a bunch of them and '2011' fails with the above error.

Entering a month of '01'or '09' will fail but '1' or '9' will work.

This was reported to USPSA a couple months ago. Disappointed that it has not been corrected.

And Very Sorry I caused you to loose a year. None of can afford that.
