I've been shooting mainly USPSA around the Chicagoland area - USPSA's site made it sorta easy to find matches in the area.

I also like to shoot some non-sanctioned "fun matches", PPC, IDPA, etc. but most of the people only gave out the info as word of mouth.

I finally got tired to having to juggle many calendars so I decided to accomplish my first New Year's Affirmation: The WIIL Shooting Blog(WIsconsin, ILlinois, get it?) for Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.

Google calendar's make for simple event copying to other folks' calendars and make the recurrences a real snap... I've got more clubs to add, but it is nice to have a single place to update and search.

What is truly surprising is the sheer amount of clubs and events in a regions that most people write-off or mock about.

(I mean we've got Jay & Perry from NROI, Pasa Park, etc...)
