Are there any specific reasons you want that pistol? You can just get a P-16 Limited pistol and put a DP magwell and Fiber optic front sight on it for the same price.

Mainly aesthetics. I'm on the prowl for a P16 as well . I know you recently made the switch Roy, was any work performed on yours before you had it?

I've been shooting Paras for years. I do all my own work, the only things I had someone else do were slide lightening and refinish my pistol. On my P-16 I installed a Kart barrel,Egw bushing,C&S trigger group,DP magwell and fiber optic sight. Of course I also got rid of the series 80 crap.

That is actually a very similar path to the one I am considering.

I got my P-16 Limited used of Gunbroker for $600. It also was old enough the it has a regular extractor and not the PXT extractor. The PXT Extractor only seems to work well with the 45acp.
