anyone going out to p.b. tomorrow? i am just planning on spectating this time. any thing i shoud know? i.e. can i have my concealed carry gun with me? do i need to bring any thing besides my glasses and ears? etiquet? thanks pappascott

Most matches are run on a "cold" range.

It is bad to handle you gun anywhere (even if "cold). This includes your car.

what do you meen by "handle"? if concealed i thought the idea was to not handle but to not even have it be known you are carrying? so do spectators leave their weapons in vehicles or what? I would like to srart out on the right foot. and not upset anyone as i seem to have done here already. thanks pappascott

I wouldn't go to a range where I thought that I had to conceal. Just me. The only exception might be when I am signed up to R.O. the general shooting range the week before hunting season, which I am (unfortunately) this year. I probably need full body armer instead of a CCW.

All ranges in the NWS Run as cold ranges. The MD for PB and a number of other shooters frequent this forum. I'd recommend you don't conceal carry at the match.

And, for your CCW...don't gun up, or un-gun in the car.

There is no "gun handling" allowed at the match (to include your car) without being under the direct supervision of a range officer.
