dlee14
Okay, either this is mad science for those that have too much time on their hands, or its the latest great secret that everyone is keeping to themselves. There are some discussions mentioning using a Endine hydrolic buffer in the back of the recoil spring, then the recoil spring and finally a carbine length buffer. The idea is that the Endine unit will absorb the shock of the buffer, bolt carrier and bolt at the rearward travel after a shot. Anyone use this and does it work? aessu
I have used one. And its not a carbine buffer + endine, its a shortened carbine buffer and endine. It takes the "sharpness" out of the buffer hitting the bottom of the tube - i like the feel, some dont. YMMV

Sako92S
One of our top shooters Hande is using that kind of system. Hande is living in Colorado now.
