Need a match in Dallas TX

A good friend is going to be in Dallas this Saturday. I would like some help getting him hooked up for a match somewhere reasonably close the the metro area.

Any info on a Saturday match is appreciated...

There is an IDPA match at Collin County www.ccidpa.org.

There is also a USPSA match at Ferris Practical Shooters www.dfwshooters.org (www.tdsa.net for directions to the range). timmycz@earthlink.net is the email address of the MD. He's a nice guy and should be able to answer any questions.

Yep. The TDSA range. Use my map, Merlin. It's on there. See start time below.

We will set up one of the new 09 classifier stages, and 4 other dastardly stages. Approx. 150 rounds, sign up at 0845...start at 9 a.m. to avoid much of the hot weather.

My friend's son plays for the Padres and I think the game is on Saturday night... Not enough time for the drive to Lubbock and have time to get back to watch the ballgame....

I shot this match last Saturday and I'm pretty sure I met your friend. He's from the Corpus area, right? I was down for a gun show in Fort Worth and ran over the Ferris Saturday morning to shoot the match due to me seeing your post. Thanks for the info!
