I can't say for sure regarding the M1, but my M2, SBE, and Super Nova are all mix and matchable.

KurtM told me that they wouldn't fit but I bought one anyways because I really want a ComforTech on my M1. I figure its plastic so anything is possible with the dremel, a litteel JB weld and a role of duct tape.

I haven't had a chance to try yet. I may seek professional help from Mike Cyrwus at Accurate Iron. He has done some good stuff to my glock frames and will be stippling my Benellis too.

I fit one on a SBE (the 3.5" gun much like the M1) and it took a little work, but I was able to get it on there. The fit is not as clean as on a M2 because the trigger guard is different, but looks don't bother me all that much if it functions.
