When I started reloading years ago, I thought the same thing, I'll sell some ammo and make some friends happy, and maybe make a few bucks here and there. Found out about the FFL requirement, and all the liability issues in dealing with making and selling ammo. If, and I'm not saying it will ever happen, and it probably won't, you sell some friends some ammo and it damages their gun or person, friend or no friend, I'm sure they will talking to a lawyer....FWIW.
