Northern Xtreme Posted February 17, 2010 Share Posted February 17, 2010 I have always found that the key reason a strain screw doesnt come loose is because you tighten it up against the head. I have seen people try to back them off a little and they never stay. My revolvers all have a set screw mod that locks down against the strain screw.
