King's gun works

I've been trying to locate or call Kings Gun Works. Mr. King passed away last year and his widow moved the store down the street. I ordered some parts and she sent them after finding them after the move. I tried to call to order more last week and the phone is answered by someone who doesn't know anything about King's. Can anyone help me????

It's no longer King's Gun Works. The Capone family decided to sell the business and the new owner renamed it Gun King's Armory. It is my understanding that they are no longer manufacuring 1911 parts but still have some inventory from the previous/original ownership. Darn shame too, I live 5 minutes away from them and was quite fond of their parts particularly their ambi-safeties. Here's the link to the Gun King's Armory (note that it also says "formerly King's Gun Works"):

Might be worth calling them to see what they have left (which isn't much).

Regards,

Brian
