How was the reliability and durability after these mods?

Not trying to install the assembly. I'm trying to get a measurement to see if a Glock spring will fit on an OEM M&P rod.

Do you happen to know where I can find the length of Glock recoil spring assemblies?

I am currently using an uncaptured set up from Carver and it's very nice, but I would like to set up a captured recoil spring assembly. I have not been able to locate ISMI flat wound springs for the full size M&P 45 (4.5" barrel?) I know that there are some people who have used glock springs, but I really don't know for sure what to look for. Does anybody have some suggestions? Thanks!
