Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. An appropriate solution to that type of neglect would have the good doctor provide community service, to the local range, as a moving target . I agree that something needs changing and in lieu of insurance companies paying huge awards, particularly on repeat offenders, the aberrant doctor should have his license revoked. If a doctor can't tell the difference between a gall bladder and a kidney then it is time for a new career. The sanctions should be appropriate, the greater the mistake, the greater the consequences and vice versa. By weeding out the incompetents, the overall quality of medical care increases and the number of law suits decrease with a corresponding drop in costs.
  2. OUCH, $20 for 32oz! Just think, we used to get Sunoco 260/100 octane for $0.32/gallon.
  3. Placing you safe on a thick piece of carpet will allow some air circulation underneath, preventing moisture accumulation. In addition, I highly recommend a Golden Rod heater to stop condensation inside the safe. Find out from the safe manufacturer where the cord is supposed to go. In mine, there is an intentional "thin" spot in one rear bottom corner made to drill through for the cord. Using a brand new bit, I found that the thin spot was 1/4 inch thick. Some thin spot. You'll have to cut the plug off to feed the power cord through, so get a new plug from the hardware store. If your new safe is one of the lighter models, anchoring it to the floor is added security. Mine is 700lbs+ and I don't think anyone is going to pick it up and run off. It took the delivery crew 2 hours, steel tracks and rollers to put it in place.
