  1. (too high of a grip) What's that ?????? i am far from an expert that said i have taken classes ( i need them) from some of the best instructors in the country. and shot or watched some of the best shooters in the country . I have never heard one of then ever say your grip is to high! Just saying
  2. it is not a new theory that is how you shoot a 1911 since banana wars . and DWX is basically a 1911 with a different frame shape as far as shooting mechanics are concerned. I have a SA shadow 1 I shoot it the same way, my DASA shadow 1 the same. but honestly if you get to used to do this every platform will work. excerpt maybe ass backwards berretta were you flip decocker up. hahaha
  3. so since you are not taking me up on a deal of a century. I have a real solution for you . I leaned on 1911 than tried all other guns. and now shoot them all the same. That strong hand thumb must be siting on the safety the whole time. you will never activate it. your thumb never comes of it unless you are consciously activating the safety or maybe a reload.
  4. I got A Hi-Point C9. It will take your breath away and I will throe in 2 mags with it . No specific grip required.
  5. Its defiantly the gun, total garbage . There is absolutely nothing wrong with your grip. I will take that stupid gun of your hands. no reason at all for you to suffer. Please PM me with a stupid, garbage gun price.

    Shadow 2 Compact

You would young man one of these is my next purchase. Just don't wich goes first. Just from looking at them the grip seems nicer on the S2. But for all I know it might be the very similar frames.

    Shadow 2 Compact

That is for sure. I carried a 1911 for years and still do not as much though. Its my EDC for church lol. Started caring a DASA compact. And because of what I have to wear a J frame in the pocket. I have asked several attorneys about this that actually been to court and they all say no difference as far as differences is concerned. The back plates on glocks or things like that , that have any kind if drawings or saying like "shoot them all let God sort it out". Are harder to defend than a SA only gun. By far

    Shadow 2 Compact

Just read all the very correct criticisms. agree wit all of the 100% . but still want one LOL
  12. Well over 15 years ago I honestly don't remember why maybe I could not find the one I wanted or it was taking to long to come in don't know . I took a small safety added JB weld to it about a 1/4 in when it was hard filed it shaped it spray painted and ran that thing for a long time nobody ever questioned it. I sold the gun but removed the safety .I wish I could find it. will continue looking to post pictures. Funny memory
  13. So not blow up Stuart's ego, but he knows what he is talking about. But I heard he is not pretty.
  14. No Joke the new bikes are crazy. a friend rides his is like 12k or something and he says he needs to update. I wish I had time to shoot a couple K a moth or even afford to do that even reloading . but honestly happy you can. rock on
  15. I guess if you are building a competition gun than I see what you are saying. But 2100 is a lot of money Just saying LOL. just because there is something more expensive does not mean that its not a lot. Just over the years I learned that spending an extra 1K on ammo makes you a much better shooter than 1k on a thingamigig for a perfectly good $2100 gun. But to each is own LOL. As long as we are having fun.
  16. good day all. question to all who got one. I am waiting for the compact railed version. but reading all these posts I am getting concerned. Besides maybe a optic cut and maybe a larger safety does the gun really need all the other stuff? it seems we are paying GOOD money for these and than people are rebuilding it. triggers, guide rods ETC Does a $2100 gun need that much work?
  17. i am saying no but my eyes are slowly saying yes. don't have anything with RD yet . but i am sure i will in time. for now just wan the rail.
  18. Totally agreed. But its one step closer. Rail next. Than optic cut after that, so next year sometime LOLOLOL

  20. have money siting waiting for the railed one.
  21. they do great work. I totally understand your hesitation cutting the slide LOL I actually got a second slide just for that for my shadow. cannot do that yet with DWX. but I am sure with time
