  1. SilentEar (NRR 32) is the Highest Rated Reusable Ear Plug currently made anywhere in the world.

    I guess they are.

I got them yesterday, I ordered the:

SilentEar Trial Pack (1 Pair Each: Small, Average & Large. No Returns Please)This pack has three pairs (one pair each of all three sizes) for the price of two pairs so you can try all three sizes. We cannot predict the correct size based on body stature, and some people find they even need a different size in each ear, so if you have never tried SilentEar, this trial pack is highly recommended.

    $17.90

    They work great.

I just tried them in my indoor range, where I usually use double ears.

I sighted in major match loads on my 9x21 pistols.

    No problems

These are the real deal, they are very comfortable.

  2. Last month, after the 1st & 2nd week matches, the right foots a little sore. Hey, 49, pushing 60, ( it not the years, it's the miles!).

Week 3, last stage ( thankfully), pull up lame!

Now, three weeks hence, still gimping! :angry2:

treatment is conservative, the alternative should like it HURTS!

  3. I think the 1050 is just the gateway to deeper and darker addiction.....like a kiss bullet feeder :surprise:

    Jim

    That is my NEXT purchase!!!!

But, how much faster can you really load????

I loaded 2000 rounds today in my spare time

    Me, I hate to reload!

    I have two 1050's w/kisses ( it's like being in Hershey!)

loading in the basement, I think about drilling a hole in the floor so I can put a longer primer feed tube on, or at least have my kids fill it from above!

my average is 100 rounds in 2.5 minutes, without sweating........

  4. This is the only sport where the average person can compete in the "Super Bowl" and still converse with the star quarterback!

    Very true.

Last year, I was lucky to be squaded with Jake DiVita & Phil Strader at Summer Blast and Dave Sevigny at AWARE.

It was a real pleasure, All were great people to talk to, as well as great shooters.

  5. I have problems with certain emails getting diverted to my spam box on my email server...meaning that I'll never see someone's email until maybe three to five days later when I periodically check my spam box for real email. Not saying the guy's not a jerk, but it could be a possibility. If there's something I'm hot for on USPSA, I usually try to back it up with a phone call.

USPSA Classifieds are *generally* very reliable. Nobody wants to screw anybody because your name will be sh*t across America in very short order.

It's true. I had something for sale on USPSA's site, a guy emailed for pics, I sent them, he he mailed me a number of times, he never got them.........(my sever returned notification came days later)

I finally put a note in the ad that I answered him.

Something with his inbound mail server, I guess.

  6. 7 years old, in first grade. Mr Pouchy was the janitor, he carried a big set of keys, you could always hear him coming.................

    Fast forward to today,

I'm a Supermarket Store Manager, who carries a small set of keys. I wonder if they hear me coming?

    The circle of life?

    Thanks for the flashback Nemo!

  7. The ratchet is your friend.

    I would put it back.

    Ask Dillon.

Your more likely to have problems with out it!

(ie: squib or even an over charge under the right circumstances!)

( you know, a case doesn't feed, you stroke down, crush it, index the shell plate forward to remove it, or 1/4 stoke it, or see the problem raise the handle , it indexes with out powder etc, and so on and so on.....)

Your case lube is what is making it smoother.

    Ask Dillon

the racket will save you from yourself.

if the ratchet is binding (catching on upstroke), it can be ajusted
