  1. Really what I’m wanting is just the break to be shorter. I have really long fingers and where the trigger starts is fine but having the break so far back past 90degrees is what is frustrating I guess. with that being said you do thank the best way to go is the trigger kit the rrk with fitted disco would be the answer I don’t want the resting position on the trigger to change just where it breaks to be sooner
  2. Where are you guys purchasing the czc flat trigger I actually really like the idea of the trigger breaking a couple of mm earlier that’s always been my one pet peeve of my p01 and now my new s2
  3. Also a great site for workouts and meal plans is bodybuilding.com It’s free and you don’t even have to sign up to browse
  4. New to the forum and can’t help out much around most of the topics and questions asked but this is one area I know well! a really good work out That works is the 30-60s and 60-120s It bascically just a drill you do for about 10 to 15 minutes depending on current ability’s. All you have to do is get a stop watch (or you could use your phone if you wanted) then go out side and run. for the 30-60s there a bit harder because at the minimum your supposed to be jogging. On the 30 second your sprinting for the minute your jogging. The 60-120s are similar but your sprinting for 60 seconds and walking for 2 minutes. doing this 2-3 times a week for 10 to 15 minutes a day gradually building up to where you can keep going for 30 minutes at a time seriously helps with your endurance and agility also don’t forget about stretching just 10 minutes everyday helps out a lot with keeping flexible
  5. I’m new here. My name is Isaac been lurking the forum off and on the last 5 years or so. Finally able to get into competition figured it was actually time to make an account. just bought a new cz shadow 2 that I plan to take with me on my first competition at the us shooting academy in owasso ok. Not sure what I’m going to try my hand at first either steel challenge or one of the uspsa classes. Idpa looks fun but my gun in stock configuration isn’t aloud. im going to go without any fancy gear At first I’ve got my leather gun belt and 5 mags and some homemade mag pouches along with a kydex holster I made myself and a safariland gls holster firgured if one doesn’t work or is illegal I’ll have the other. Figured after a match or two maybe I’ll have it figured out on what I want anyway look forward to any comments and a bug thanks in advance because I’m sure I’ll have questions
