I use both of these bullets sized to .358 with 3.8 gr of N320 in my CZ SP-01: 120 gr Bayou TCG, COL 1.050, 1060 fps 125 gr B&B CN, COL 1.115, 1045 fps

Typical primer loss with Dillon 550

I have never experienced a flipped or sideways primer in my 550. I use only single headstamp brass -- maybe that makes a difference?
